- The service provider is Alpha Q spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (a Polish limited liability company), registered office at ul. Mentara is a brand of the Provider.
- Contact: email [email protected], postal address as above.
- Paid services are intended for businesses, legal entities and other organisations acting in the course of business or a profession. The services are not directed at consumers.
- These Terms are available free of charge on the Website in a form that can be downloaded, stored and printed. If the Polish and English versions differ, the Polish version prevails.

3. Services
- The Provider offers:
- free access to the content of the Website;
- the Audit, sent to the email address provided in the form;
- the Subscription which, within the selected Plan, includes recurring measurement of AI Engine answers to an agreed question set, competitor comparison, detection of discrepancies between answers and the Truth Layer, drafting of Content, publishing it after the Client's approval, and reports;
- the Pilot, lasting 90 days, with evaluation criteria agreed before the start;
- Mentara Verified, including the free Verified level and higher levels awarded under public criteria.
- The detailed scope and limits of each Plan (including the number of questions, competitors, AI Engines and Content changes) are set out in the Pricing or in an individual offer.
- The AI Engines measured depend on the Plan and on the availability of public interfaces for those services. The Provider does not measure services that offer no public interface (e.g. Microsoft Copilot).
4. Technical requirements and acceptable use
- Using the Website requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled and an active email address.
- One-click publishing requires access to WordPress. For other systems the Client receives a ready-to-apply change package.
- It is prohibited to provide unlawful content, to submit third parties' data without a legal basis, and to disrupt the Website, including through automated submissions.
- Using electronic services involves typical internet risks (e.g. malware, phishing). The Provider applies technical and organisational measures to protect against them.
5. Audit
- To request an Audit, the User provides the company's website address and a work email address.
- The User declares that they act on behalf of the company concerned or that the Audit concerns publicly available information only.
- The Provider may refuse an Audit, in particular where the website contains unlawful content or the request appears abusive.
- The Audit is informational and describes AI Engine answers to a sample of questions at the time of measurement.
- The Audit agreement is concluded when the form is submitted and expires when the report is sent.
6. Concluding the Agreement
- A Subscription or Pilot Agreement is concluded by placing an order on the Website (order form) or by signing an individual agreement or accepting an offer.
- The Agreement is concluded when the Provider confirms the order by email.
- The terms of an individual agreement take precedence over these Terms.
7. Prices and payment
- Prices in the Pricing exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.
- The Subscription is paid in advance, monthly or annually, and renews automatically for another period unless the Client terminates it before the end of the current period. The Pilot does not renew automatically.
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the Provider's account on the basis of a VAT invoice, within 7 days of its issue. The Pilot starts once the payment is received.
- The Provider may offer online payment through payment providers: Stripe (clients in Poland) and Paddle (clients outside Poland). Where Paddle is used, Paddle acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) and its terms also apply to the payment.
- If payment is more than 14 days late, the Provider may suspend the services until payment, after notifying the Client by email.
- The Client agrees to receive invoices electronically, including through the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) where required by law.
- The Provider gives at least 30 days' notice of any price change. The change applies from the next billing period.
- Pilot guarantee: if the Provider does not deliver the scope agreed in writing for the Pilot (measurements, fixes and content), it refunds the fee for the last month of the Pilot. The guarantee does not cover results that depend on AI Engines, in particular the number of recommendations.
- “First 100 companies” programme: the first 100 Clients who conclude a Subscription Agreement after the Pilot get 20% of the Pilot price off their first subscription invoice and a guarantee that their Plan price will not change for 24 months from the Subscription Agreement.
8. Cooperation and approval of changes
- The Provider never publishes any Content or change without the Client's prior approval.
- The Client is responsible for the accuracy of facts approved in the Truth Layer and for Content it has approved for publication.
- A Client in a regulated profession (in particular physicians, dentists and lawyers) is responsible for ensuring that published Content complies with the professional ethics and advertising restrictions of that profession. LEO drafts informational Content.
- The Client grants access to its systems (e.g. CMS, analytics) to the extent needed to provide the services and may revoke it at any time.
9. Nature of the results
- AI Engines are third-party services. The Provider has no control over their operation, availability or answers.
- AI Engine answers change over time and differ between services. Results refer to the monitored question sample and are presented together with the measurement method.
- The Provider does not guarantee that AI Engines will recommend the Client, nor any level of traffic, enquiries or sales.
10. Mentara Verified
- Facts approved by the Client may be published on a public page on the Website (at an address such as mentara.company/v/name) together with the approval date.
- The Client declares that the approved facts are true and up to date.
- The badge cannot be bought. The criteria for each level are public. The status expires if the facts are not updated within 12 months.
- The Provider may suspend or remove a Mentara Verified page if the facts prove untrue or the Client breaches these Terms.
- The Client may opt out of Mentara Verified at any time and request removal of the page.
11. Intellectual property
- The Website, LEO, the software, the Mentara and Mentara Verified marks and the Provider's materials are protected by law and belong to the Provider.
- The Client grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the Client's materials (e.g. logo, texts, photos) to the extent necessary to provide the services, for the term of the Agreement.
- The Client may use Content prepared for it and approved for publication without restriction, including after the Agreement ends. To the extent the Content is protected by copyright, the Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence.
- The Provider may use anonymised and aggregated measurement results to develop its services and publish statistics in a way that does not identify the Client. Using the Client's name or results in marketing materials requires the Client's consent.
12. Liability
- The Provider is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement under general rules, subject to the limitations below.
- The Provider's liability to the Client is limited to actual loss and to the fees paid by the Client for the 3 months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally.
- The Provider is not liable for the operation or answers of AI Engines, for Content approved by the Client, or for interruptions caused by maintenance announced in advance where possible.
13. Complaints
- Complaints can be sent by email to [email protected]. A complaint should include the Client's details and a description of the problem.
- The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies by email.
14. Term and termination
- A monthly Subscription may be terminated at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. An annual Subscription expires at the end of the annual period if the Client terminates it before that date.
- The Pilot ends after 90 days without automatic renewal.
- Either party may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if the other party materially breaches it.
- Before the Agreement ends, the Client may download the reports available in its account.
15. Sole traders with consumer protections
- Consumer provisions apply to a natural person concluding an Agreement directly related to their business where the Agreement is not of a professional nature for that person, as shown in particular by the business activity registered in the Polish CEIDG register.
- Such a person may withdraw from an Agreement concluded at a distance within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving reasons, by sending a statement by email. If, at their express request, the service started before that period expired, they pay for the services provided up to the withdrawal.
- The liability limitations in section 12 do not apply to such a person to the extent they would be unfair towards a consumer, nor does the jurisdiction clause in section 18.
16. Personal data
- The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
- Where the Provider processes personal data on the Client's behalf as part of the services (e.g. data of the Client's experts or staff), the parties conclude a data processing agreement.
17. Changes to these Terms
- The Provider may change these Terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in law, in the scope of services or in payment methods.
- The Provider notifies Clients by email at least 14 days before a change takes effect. A Client who does not accept the change may terminate the Agreement with effect from the date the change takes effect.
18. Final provisions
- These Terms and the Agreement are governed by Polish law.
- Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office.
- These Terms apply from 14 October 2026.
